How much of a raise is reasonable to ask for when switching jobs?
Currently a Product Manager and considering a jump. What's a realistic percentage increase to target when switching companies rather than staying and asking for a raise?

Honestly this varies so much by company that I'd take any single answer (including mine) with a grain of salt.
